Program details:
1. Referral Reward Structure:
**Tier 1: Referring a Potential Client** (whether they sign on or not!)
– Reward: $25 gift card
– Criteria: The referred potential client must have a valid need and agree to meet with us in person or over a 20-minute video call to discuss their goals and determine if we may be a good fit.
**Tier 2: Referring a Client on a Month-to-Month Service Agreement**
– Reward: $100 gift card
– Criteria: The referred client signs a month-to-month service agreement with us.
**Tier 3: Referring a Client Who Signs a Long-Term Business Growth Contract (3-5 years)**
– Reward: $200 gift voucher and mystery gift!
– Criteria: The referred client signs a long-term service contract with us, committing to services for 3-5 years.
- Eligibility:
– Referrals must be submitted via email to rewards@intermediagroup.org.
– Rewards are contingent upon the referred client meeting the specified criteria for each tier.
- Process:
– Submission: Referrals should include basic contact information and details about the referred potential client’s needs. Referrals should be sent via email to rewards@intermediagroup.org.
Reward Fulfillment: Rewards will be distributed within 45 days of the referred client meeting the criteria for the respective tier.
- Terms and Conditions:
– Rewards are not transferable and are subject to local tax regulations.
– The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
– Rewards will only be distributed once all invoices from the organization and affiliated companies are paid in full.
