Shipping terms: we must be shipping to a business address within the 48 continental Untied States that has a loading dock, if you do not have a loading dock you must be there to receive the server rack and unload it off the freight truck with the help of a few strong people. You must provide a phone # for the freight company to contact you before we can ship the item.

If delivery is to a residence or you do not have a loading dock and choose not to lift the rack off the truck, please call a sales representative to discuss these options and prices.
